Delete your MEZIE account

MEZIE provides an in-app account deletion process for authenticated users.

Delete from the app

  1. Open MEZIE and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the Account tab.
  3. Choose Delete Account in the Data section.
  4. Review the deletion and subscription notice.
  5. Continue and type DELETE when prompted to confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

The current deletion process is designed to remove the user's MEZIE authentication account and associated MEZIE-controlled records, including applicable problem/fix records, credit and usage records, subscription-period records, and profile information. Local MEZIE session/history/preferences data is also cleared as part of the completed in-app flow.

Subscriptions are separate

Important: Deleting your MEZIE account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription through the store account where you purchased it.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@askmezie.com with the subject MEZIE Account Deletion Request. For security, we may need to verify that you control the account before acting on the request. Do not email passwords, payment-card information, government identification, or authentication codes.

Retention

Deletion covers MEZIE-controlled account records described above, subject to records we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or similar legitimate purposes. App stores and other third parties may retain their own transaction or service records under their policies.
