Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MEZIE. By using MEZIE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What MEZIE provides

MEZIE uses software and AI systems to provide step-by-step informational guidance for everyday problems. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation and should not be treated as a guarantee of a result.

Safety and professional help

Do not rely on MEZIE as a substitute for emergency services or a qualified professional when a situation involves danger, fire, gas, electricity, serious property risk, health or medical concerns, or other circumstances requiring professional judgment. Follow warnings presented in the app and contact appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals when needed.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you submit, your decisions and actions, following applicable laws and safety instructions, and ensuring that you have the right to submit any content you provide to MEZIE.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. Guest features may have different persistence or recovery characteristics than authenticated accounts.

Subscriptions and purchases

MEZIE may offer paid subscription features. Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are also subject to the applicable store's terms, billing rules, renewal terms, cancellation methods, and refund policies. Deleting your MEZIE account does not by itself cancel an active store subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it unlawfully, or submit content that you do not have the right to process.

Intellectual property

MEZIE and its software, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of MEZIE to you.

Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version posted here when appropriate.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, MEZIE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MEZIE and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
